Estimator

DPR Construction is seeking an estimator with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. The successful candidate will work primarily on negotiated commercial projects, handle the project from first estimate to subcontracts, and provide innovative solutions to complex issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction estimator
• Bachelor's degree a plus but not required
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills
• Creative and innovative approaches and solutions
• Ability to identify, adapt to, and resolve complex issues
• Effective participation in a team environment
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, estimating software, take-off software, BIM tools, project management software, and scheduling software
