Estimator

DPR Construction is seeking an estimator with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience to support project work in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. The estimator will work on negotiated commercial projects within our core markets and work closely with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Handling the project from first estimate all the way through subcontracts being formalized
• Preparing detailed conceptual cost estimates and conceptual cost studies
• Assembling a complete presentation-worthy estimate package
• Collaborating with project team to establish necessary staffing and project requirements
• Making subcontractor award recommendations to the customer/owner
• Preparing and presenting cost/budget information to the customer/owner
