Project Communications Coordinator

The Project Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting project leadership across communications disciplines and for developing and distributing project-related content to key stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• 3+ years of community affairs, employee communications or public relations experience
• Construction and/or high-tech industry experience a plus
• Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally, including with local government officials and business community representatives
• Problem solver able to adapt to challenges and balance multiple initiatives
• Confident spokesperson and adept crisis manager with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Highly proactive with diligent follow-through on commitments
• Able to work under pressure
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed
