Senior Electrical Estimator with at least 8 years of experience in Commercial and Renewable construction estimating is sought to lead estimating efforts, mentor junior estimators, and develop relationships with general contractor preconstruction teams.

Requirements

• Mentors and supports junior estimators
• Leads the estimating process from conceptual budgeting to final bid submission
• Develops and implements cost-saving strategies and value engineering solutions
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key trade partners, vendors, and suppliers
• Oversees the preparation of detailed conceptual estimates, cost studies, and variance analyses
