Job Description
GPLA, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a talented Senior Structural Technical Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee technical development and training of the team, lead engineering processes, and provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Mentor and manage Structural Designers I, Structural Designers II, Structural Design Engineers, Structural Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Technical Managers.
- Assist in management and production of drawings, specifications, and calculations during a project's design phase life cycle.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy, reliability, and integrity of engineering deliverables.
- Perform and/or review calculations and analyses and develop and implement company engineering procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with and help manage team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design solutions within budget.
