Structural Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Structural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves overseeing and managing projects from conceptual design through construction completion, ensuring that the structural components are designed, modeled, detailed, and delivered in accordance with the project’s scope, budget, and schedule expectations.

Requirements

• Supervise and mentor Structural Designers I, Structural Designers II, Structural Design Engineers, and Structural Project Engineers.
• Manage the production of drawings, specifications, and calculations during a project’s design phase life cycle from conceptual design to completion of construction documents.
• Develop a comprehensive plan that defines the project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee and be responsible for the development of structural designs and analytical models for various building types and materials.
• Perform and/or review calculations and analyses to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design solutions within budget.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as architects, contractors, and MEP designers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency enhancement.
• Monitor project costs, track expenses and manage the project budget, including Monthly Status Reports.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
