Superintendent

DPR Construction is seeking a superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience to oversee project operations, manage schedules, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening and communication skills, and be able to identify and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent
• Previous experience within DPR's core market projects (life sciences, healthcare, higher education, corporate office, and advanced technology)
• Bachelor's degree a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
