Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a Drywall Self-Perform Work Superintendent with at least 5+ years of commercial construction experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent listening skills and have professional communication skills, ability to identify and resolve complex issues, effective participation in team environment, proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam and PlanGrid, and 10+ years hands-on trade-related field experience as a journeyman, foreman and/or Superintendent.
Requirements
- Oversee, manage, and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Foremen
- Hire, Inspire and grow our craft workforce
- Objectively and respectfully deal with reductions in force
- Lead DPR’s Injury-Free Environment (IFE) Safety Program for this scope
- Ensure quality of work matches project, jurisdictional and DPR standards
- Work in a collaborative environment with other trade partners and project teams to ensure optimum production
- Lead the problem-solving effort should safety, quality or production issues arrive within this scope
- Professionally represent DPR Field Operations
