Superintendent - Healthcare

DPR Construction is seeking a superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience, specifically within ground up healthcare. The superintendent will oversee and manage a team of craft employees, create construction schedules, and coordinate subcontractor work scopes. The successful candidate will possess excellent listening and communication skills, ability to identify and resolve complex issues, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, preferably within the healthcare space
• Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong communication and listening skills
