Requirements
- Degree in Specialist in Computer Science for System Integration, Business Informatics, IT System Salesperson, IT System Management, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in support, including written, phone, and remote maintenance
- Proficiency in handling Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems
- German language skills on a very good level
- Diligence, concentration, and organization skills
