Industrial Services Supervisor - Sudbury

Dr. Clean Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Industrial Services Supervisor (ISS) to oversee the industrial client relationship and foster a positive environment for our Industrial Pressure Washing Technicians and Labourers.

Requirements

• Clean drivers abstract
• Must be bondable; Clean CPIC will be required.
• Must be easily accessible on company cell phone.
• Must be mechanically inclined; able to replace/change/maintain pressure washing equipment.
• Must be able to problem solve, work independently, tight timelines and able to prioritize jobs/tasks/deadlines.
• Must be comfortable performing inspections / audits outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends as per pre-arranged schedule.
• Must have previous Supervisory experience and possess good communication skills.
• Must be knowledgeable in creating and implementing work schedules, JHA's, Task Lists, Daily Reporting.
• Must be familiar and competent utilizing scheduling software, email accounts, GPS, Work Order App.
• Must be dedicated to the role, possess self-starter abilities, and excel at time management.
