Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working with children in this age group
- High school diploma or college credits in Early Childhood Education
- Personal demeanor and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Organization and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and willingness to work with others
- Management/leadership skills
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Knowledge of Teaching Strategies and/or Conscious Discipline preferred
