MS Humanities Special Education Teacher

Dr. Richard Izquierdo Health & Science Charter School is seeking a certified or on-the-pathway special education teacher to provide instruction to middle school students in the area of Humanities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in non-traditional and/or urban school settings and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the IEP process and ability to write IEP teacher reports
• Ability to integrate technology resources compatible with students' needs and abilities
• Experience with educational technology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Benefits

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually
• Ten-month contract
• Full-time position with regular hours and workdays
