The Senior Human Resources Manager will provide guidance and enhance performance in a manner that incorporates the school's vision, and work collaboratively with the school leadership team to develop a school-wide culture of professionalism and achievement of common goals.
Requirements
- NYC charter school experience in the HR department
- Extensive experience managing employee relations
- High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability
- Knowledge of NYS labor law
- Experience working in an urban educational setting
- Proficiency in using all technology tools, including Google Suite and HRIS systems
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
