Job Description
Dr. Squatch is seeking a motivated Associate Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to lead the strategy, brand building, product marketing, and integrated campaigns across all channels. This role will define the brand's voice, drive new product launches, and collaborate cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and customer teams. It is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to the Head of Jukebox.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or product marketing (CPG, beauty, or personal care strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated campaigns that drive both brand awareness and revenue.
- Track record of successfully leading product launches and retail activations.
- Strong creative intuition paired with analytical rigor.
