Job Description
Dr. Squatch is looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join their growing team. The role will support special projects, financial analysis, and budgeting across all departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial modeling experience, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of finance experience in investment banking or private equity (required) and operational finance (optional)
- Bachelor's degree
- Expert level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership
- Problem solver with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, for internal financial recommendations and outside investor relations
- Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
- Experience working with consumer product/DTC business models highly preferred
