
Job description
Play a crucial role in the growth and development of our VIP player base, driving net revenue through proactive sales tactics and promoting outstanding services to new and existing VIP customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier players, drive key VIP sales metrics, execute against VIP policies and guidelines, compile and analyze data, and proactively offer solution-based suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
Must have a passion for improving the player experience, problem-solving, and promoting positivity amongst the team, with demonstrated success in identifying and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency and increase revenues.
