We're looking for a Marketing Technology Specialist to help power our systems, workflows, and automation to improve execution quality and reduce manual effort across recurring marketing workflows. You'll work across campaign activation platforms, customer data systems, and AI-enabled operational processes to identify opportunities to streamline operations, standardize processes, and support the responsible adoption of AI tools.
Requirements
- Own and improve workflows across key marketing technology platforms
- Serve as a subject matter resource for tools and systems supporting Social, Programmatic, and Search marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to automate repeatable operational tasks and implement scalable solutions
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, and similar workflow assistants to streamline quality assurance, troubleshooting, documentation, and recurring campaign operations
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to resolve operational issues and improve campaign execution processes
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, documentation, and workflow standards through AI-assisted drafting, process mapping, and validation
- Support the responsible adoption of AI-enabled workflows by developing repeatable prompts, scalable templates, and quality control processes
