Operations Supervisor, Jackpocket

As an Operations Supervisor at DraftKings, you'll lead a team in the fulfillment center, managing lottery operations, troubleshooting issues, and promoting a positive work environment. You'll be responsible for leading a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring smooth ticket order processing.

Requirements

• Availability to support a continuous operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack for technology and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating employees.
• Physical capability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
