As a Senior Analyst on the Marketing Analytics team, you’ll focus on improving and scaling the Refer-a-Friend program by using data to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where we can push performance further.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on marketing, growth, or product analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments, with familiarity in causal inference or non-traditional experimentation approaches.
- Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Sigma, along with proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
