Job Description
The Director of Donor Relations will be responsible for leading and managing development efforts to generate budgeted revenue, expanding the donor base, and deepening relationships with donors. This is a part-time hourly position working 10 to 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, alumni relations, or a related field
- Commitment to social justice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Cultural competence (race, ethnicity, and socio-economic status)
- Solid computing skills (Microsoft Office suite, database experience)
- High levels of judgment, tact, and discretion
- Strong organizational and project management skills
