Job Description
The Site Coordinator provides leadership for the daily operations of the Dream Big! Program, managing staff, overseeing programming, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in youth development or program leadership
- Experience supervising staff or coordinating programs
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with youth, families, schools, and community partners
- Cultural competence and experience working within African American communities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and positive behavior supports
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
