DreŠ°mix is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead AI Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of advanced AI solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and actionable insights
- Lead teams of 3-5 AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and MLOps professionals
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and model validation
- Translate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in ad hoc pre-sales efforts
