Dreаmix is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth by scaling digital marketing channels. Key responsibilities include strategizing and executing paid advertising campaigns, owning the paid acquisition funnel, and leading website optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience running successful paid ad campaigns in global markets
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with ABM knowledge
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience planning and executing organic social media strategies with measurable results
- Hands-on experience with website optimization, landing page development, and conversion rate optimization
- Email marketing expertise, including campaign planning, execution, automation, and performance optimization
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Hubspot and other data analysis tools
- A hands-on approach and a proactive mindset, comfortable with end-to-end campaign management across digital marketing channels
- Good project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
