Requirements

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tracking outstanding balances
• Prepare and maintain income journals and financial reports
• Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are properly documented
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies and accounting standards
