Banquets and Catering Servers deliver exceptional service during private events, weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.
Requirements
- Prepare banquet rooms or event spaces according to event orders
- Greet guests courteously and assist with seating as needed
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas
- Follow instructions from the Banquet Captain or Event Manager
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers
- Set up and break down banquet and catering equipment
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
