Job Description
The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests by providing a clean and welcoming environment and reporting maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, showers, mirrors, and floors.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items.
- Follow hotel security protocols and ensure guest safety.
- Perform general cleaning tasks in public areas.
