Requirements

• Safely operate the hotel van to transport guests between the hotel and various destinations
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
• Provide information to guests regarding local attractions, hotel services, and other inquiries
• Communicate effectively with the front desk or other departments regarding guest pick-up/drop-off times
