Senior Marketing Operations Manager - AI & Automation

The Marketing Operations Manager - AI & Automation will own the marketing operations stack, email programs, automation workflows, marketing analytics, and design AI agents that automate repetitive marketing tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or a hybrid ops/analytics role
• Deep hands-on experience with Marketo (or comparable marketing automation platform)
• Strong analytical foundation
• Demonstrated experience building automations or AI-powered workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Product-management mindset applied to marketing systems
• Financial or strategic thinking skills
• Bias for action with intellectual curiosity
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
