Job Description
Drive & Shine is seeking a results-oriented Manager in Training to lead a store in Stevensville, MI. The role focuses on building a team, setting goals, recruiting and developing employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. It's a 100% on-site position requiring approximately 5-10 hours a week, with 80-100 hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree
- Minimum of 5 years as a store manager
- Independent, assertive, and results-driven
- High energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, plans ahead, and flexible with schedule
- 50+ hours per week, no less than 5 days a week
- Great organizational skills
