Job Description
Drivemode is looking to hire a Jira Service Management Admin to join the Operations team on a part-time basis. The role involves administering JSM, implementing automation, and building a self-service portal. The candidate should have experience with JSM administration, procurement intake basics, and account payable basics.
Requirements
- Hands-on JSM administration (request types, workflows, queues, Automation)
- Procurement intake basics (purchasing requests, vendor onboarding, supplier changes)
- Account Payable basics (invoice-to-approval-to-payment; refunds)
- Experience translating approval matrices (amount/department/cost center/category) into JSM forms and routes
- Strong data reconciliation (ID/name normalization, exception detection, audit-trail awareness)
