As a Project Manager of Internal Consulting, you will be responsible for leading complex projects efficiently and maintaining high quality standards. You will work closely with HONDA's business units and the Drivemode team to ensure project goals are met within the specified time frame and budget.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years project manager work experience
• Software development experience
• Native or fluent Japanese (N1 level) together with business level English skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Structured thinker with a passion for problem-solving
