Job Description
Driven Brands invites applications for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves responding to calls related to auto insurance claims while meeting the organization's high quality standards. The successful candidate will work 100% remotely after completing training.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a call center/customer service
- Insurance experience
- Bilingual (French and English intermediate/advanced level)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
- Authorized to work legally in Canada
- Resident of the Greater Montreal area
