Sr. Manager - Fixed Asset Accounting

Driven Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Fixed Assets Accounting to lead our global fixed asset function within Oracle Fusion ERP and FCCS. This role will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of capital projects and fixed asset management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years managing fixed asset accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly ASC 360
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Fixed Assets/Projects)
• FCCS exposure a plus
• Demonstrated success leading teams and implementing process improvements in a complex, multi-entity environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
