Senior Associate, Corporate Events

As a Corporate Events Senior Associate, you'll serve as the operational project manager for key event workstreams, helping deliver franchise conventions, leadership meetings, and other programs ranging from 300-2,000 attendees across our portfolio of well-known automotive brands. You'll transform event strategy into seamless attendee experiences by managing logistics, vendors, branding, and communications from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of event management experience (corporate or agency)
• Experience supporting large conferences with general sessions, breakouts, and tradeshow components
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-service mindset and collaborative approach
• Ability to travel up to 30-40%
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field
