Job Description
DriveWealth is a global B2B financial technology organization focused on democratizing access to financial independence. They provide API-based platform for partner investing and trading, evolving into a full-service platform offering US equities, mutual funds, and options. The Director of Solutions Engineering will lead the integration of new partner API’s, educate partners on new products, and optimize team and partner efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on API implementation
- 5+ years of experience leading and scaling technical pre-sales or solution engineering teams
- Proficiency in full stack development with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in event-based programs and Apache Kafka
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client relationships
