Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, or 4-7 years of experience in the field, or in a related area.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
- Experience with advanced data analysis techniques using Excel and/or SQL
- Understanding of the architectural principles of web-based platforms including SaaS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.
- Can effectively convey vision, ideas, goals, and issues—as well as produce reports and presentations to illustrate this
- Proven results contributing to the customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
- Predict and create solutions to issues before they arise (must be proactive)
- Accountability & the ability to work independently; a self-starter.
