Job Description
Anthesis is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help customers succeed with their complex software systems. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical guidance, identifying gaps in functionality, and collaborating with sales and management. This position requires a customer-focused individual comfortable with on-site commitments and a passion for developer-first products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated initiative and grit
- Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent technical field)
- Experience as a technical consultant, software/quality engineer, solutions engineer/architect (or equivalent)
- Comfort communicating with engineers and leadership
- Able to write + debug code
- Able to juggle multiple priorities/customers
- Willing to work on-site five days a week
- Willing to travel up to 20% of working days
