Director, Internal Communication and Culture

Our communications team brings the Dropbox story to life and shares it with the world. As Head of Internal Communications, you will lead how Dropbox communicates with its own employees — shaping narratives that inform, align, and inspire teams during moments of momentum and change.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in internal communications, HR/employee communications, corporate communications, or related fields
• Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
• Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-building skills
• Strong executive presence and experience partnering directly with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational change with clarity, empathy, and credibility
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and ability to connect communications to company priorities
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments
