Bartender

Bartender position at Drury Hotels, responsible for opening and closing the hotel bar, serving and assisting guests, and promoting the Drury culture.

Requirements

• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English
• Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people
• Ability to work with and prepare food
• Ability to work independently or in teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be flexible working varying shifts and time schedules
• Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements
