Job Description
Drury Hotels is hiring housekeepers immediately. The position offers a starting salary of $14.44/hour, quarterly bonuses, and family-sized benefits. The role involves maintaining a clean and positive environment for guests and team members, ensuring exceptional experiences for both groups, and performing various hotel cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, knowledge of cleaning procedures, and the ability to work independently. The position is open to those with no previous cleaning experience, and the company offers career growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required.
- 2 years of high school required
- Ability to walk and stand during the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
