Job Description
Druva is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead execution and team leadership across the data security portfolio of products. The Director will own execution rigor, coach Product Managers, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 12+ years experience
- 8–10 years in product management
- Experience managing senior PMs
- Security domain expertise (EDR/AV, SOC Workflows/Products, GRC workflows/products)
- Strong execution and stakeholder management
- Analytical and data-driven
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
