Job Description
This Maintenance Mechanic role at a high-speed production line requires troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, as well as electrical maintenance, preventative maintenance, and ensuring food safety and quality. The position is 7pm-1am or 1am-7am, or 12-hour shifts on Wednesday and Thursday, with a 7pm-7am weekend shift.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with high-speed production line equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with packaging/processing equipment
- Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks
- Support food safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
