Job Description
We are recruiting for Cutting Operatives in our production area. You will work within a team in a fast-paced environment reporting to the Shift Manufacturing Manager. Health and safety is a very important aspect within our business and you will be accountable for your own and others health and safety whilst at work, operating within the DS Smith safe systems of work guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience of operating industrial machinery within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of good health and safety practices
- Proven experience of working towards KPI's and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbally
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to make informed decisions
