Corporate Learning & Development Specialist

As a Corporate Learning & Development Specialist at DSI, you will be responsible for driving adoption and follow-through of key behaviors, reinforcing expectations, and identifying gaps between training and execution. You will work closely with leaders and teams to ensure that learning is connected to real work and that teams adopt new behaviors faster and more consistently.

Requirements

• Experience supporting training, enablement, or operational improvement efforts
• Comfortable working across teams and building relationships quickly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through consistently
• Able to identify gaps and translate them into simple, actionable next steps
