Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides high-level executive and operational support to both the President and Chief Executive Officer, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of executive assistant or operations experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities
