Job Description
dss+ is a company that partners with clients to improve operational performance and safety. The Operational Risk & Safety Coach will work with the DSS+ team to deliver coaching and training to a global business's Dutch facilities.
Requirements
- Dutch-speaking Risk Management and Health & Safety expert
- Track record of delivering coaching to affect behavioural change
- In-depth understanding of operational risk management
- Strong grasp of Health & Safety issues within hazardous environments
- Ability to speak both Dutch and English fluently
