Principal/Director , Management Consulting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business; MBA, Masters preferred
• Current knowledge of the industrial sector in China, preferably Steel, Chemicals, Non-ferrous metals, Metals & Mining or Energy/Utilities
• Previous experience working in a management consulting firm, ideally combined with hands-on experience in one of our key industries
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions/best practices in operational risk/safety, operational excellence or sustainability practice lines
• Existing relationships with relevant senior leaders/ middle managers in targeted Steel industry accounts across AP (globally a plus)
• Direct experience (>15 years) in delivering growth and key services in transforming companies in segment. Experience of building business 0-1
• Effective communication at C-suite level and the ability to effectively drive business development/solution development and high-quality delivery of key services
• Demonstrated experience coaching, leading and developing talent
• Entrepreneurial spirit, outcomes focused; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in with fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
