Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager with strong business acumen and deep understanding of the Infrastructure sector in Brazil to grow our portfolio and lead high-impact client engagements across the country.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in Infrastructure (e.g., concessionaires, engineering groups, PE-backed infrastructure investments, transportation firms)
- Prior consulting experience (management consulting strongly preferred)
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate operational risk concepts into financial and strategic insights
- Experience working directly with senior executives and/or investors
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional project teams
- Willingness to travel across Brazil and Latin America
