Government Proposal Pricing Specialist

This is a HYBRID position located in Moorpark, CA. As a Government Proposal Pricing Specialist, you'll work closely with teammates to build compliant, competitive, and well-documented pricing for government proposals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Requirements

• Develop detailed cost and price models for government proposals
• Ensure compliance with FAR 15.403 and 15.408 requirements for Certified Cost or Pricing Data
• Ensure adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA), and DT Pro policies and procedures
• Analyze historical cost data, labor rate structures, and indirect rate forecasts to inform pricing strategies
• Prepare pricing narratives, cost volumes, and supporting documentation for proposal submissions
• Support fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with government contracting officers and DCAA/DCMA
• Collaborate with contracts and legal teams to assess risk and ensure contractual compliance
• Maintain pricing templates, tools, and standard work instructions to improve efficiency and consistency
• Participate in proposal reviews to validate accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance
• Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documents for compliance to customer specifications/requirements and adherence to company policy
